"As a solo traveler, I had a pleasant stay at this villa. The property was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed, including breakfast every morning. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and help with my every need. While the villa was enjoyable overall, a few areas could use updating to enhance the guest experience. With a little improvement, this property could be even better. Overall,...

"Beautiful, peaceful hotel in a great location, just a short walk from all the hustle and bustle, while still feeling like a quiet escape. It’s close to everything you need, and the pool area was absolutely beautiful. You could relax and hear nothing but the sounds of nature and wildlife, although there was some construction noise during my stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and genuinely made me feel like family. I was travelling solo, so I was especially touched when they surprised me...

"Beautiful villa in amazing setting. Pool is large and very inviting! Grounds are lovely and very tranquil and relaxing. Staff always on site and made delicious breakfast you choose the night before. Butler organised masseuse to come to Villa and had a wonderful massage. We only stayed for two nights and didn’t want to leave! We would definitely love to come back when we visit Bali in the future. Iowa (Aowa) (sorry for spelling!) the lovely lady butler was amazing! Only problems was the...

"We had an amazing stay at The Royal Purnama! Everything came together to make our Bali trip feel special and relaxing. Our room was beautiful, and having our own private pool was an absolute highlight. The room service was excellent, and housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. We loved the floating breakfast in our pool, and the massages were such a relaxing treat. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy time together. What really made the...

"Service & Care: Truly top-tier hospitality. The staff coordinated a seamless birthday surprise for my partner, handled bags and check-in effortlessly, and welcomed us with fresh green juice, pastries, and fruit. When my partner felt sick, the kitchen specially made an off-menu light dish, and staff checked in on her recovery and offered medical support. The Villa & Amenities: Because the property is only a couple of months old, everything is spotless and brand new. The villa is generous in...

"Loved our experience here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Paid extra for breakfast and it was really good breakfast served daily with option of having it served in room or to have it on the rooftop. Villa looked exactly like the photos. Would definitely stay here again. And very quiet, not much noise during night which was also very good. Very pleasant experience. Daily house keeping. Loved the vibes here. Ulasan Hotel Teratas di Carangsari

Mercure Bali Legian

10/10 Sangat Bagus

"Great locations, rooms were clean, we were in family room with bunks and was great size for 2A 2C under 10. ATM on-site which was very helpful"

Hyatt Regency Bali

10/10 Sangat Bagus

"Beautiful hotel - gardens, pools and rooms all lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The health club area is amazing - beautiful adult pool area, and quiet spaces galore. Loads of activities offered at hotel like Pilates ,yoga , aquarobics , bike hire and stretch classes. Highly recommend."

Kuta Paradiso Hotel

8/10 Bagus

"Better than i expected. The best things here are the pool(s), closeness to airport and shops etc, good prices for food and drinks. Also a good family atmosphere. Rooms are comfortable but old. They need to update the old press pads for lights. All are completely worn and a lot of ours didn't work."

ANDAZ BALI, BY HYATT

8/10 Bagus

"Overall, our stay had some positive highlights, particularly the excellent staff and a very enjoyable breakfast experience. However, there were several issues that affected our comfort. We encountered a problem with the air conditioning, and there was water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, which initially made the room feel unclean. Although the staff attended to it and the leakage eventually stopped, the issue was not handled as efficiently or thoroughly as expected. Additionally, contacting the lobby could be challenging, as calls were sometimes not answered promptly. Since we booked two rooms, it was also inconvenient that one of the phones was not functioning. Given that this is an Andaz property, we expected a higher standard of maintenance and responsiveness. On a positive note, the location in Sanur is pleasant and quiet, making it suitable for relaxation. However, the beach area is quite public. A more private setting would have enhanced the experience, as there were street vendors frequently passing by offering services and products. In summary, while there are strong aspects to the property, there is room for improvement in maintenance, responsiveness, and overall guest experience. "
