"Great hotel to stay in Atlantic City, multiple choices of restaurants from a food court, casual to fine dining. Room are new or updated. I would have give it 5 star review if not for a dirty pillow with a stain and you can’t use your streaming stick apps on the tv. After a long day uou would have want to relax in the room and enjoy watching."

"Well, first of all the pools was closed when you look online it didn’t tell you that the pools was closed second I didn’t have no hot water when I wanted to take a shower and the signal on the TV kept going out saying 771 no signal"

"Went to wine and bar restaurant for dinner and food was delicious. However it would be nice if there were a few places open later instead of closing early. Also went to the burger place after 9pm which was the only food court open till 3am. Hamburgers were delicious. I miss the old fashioned slot machines and learned 5 dollars to start off with slots not 1 dollar as some other hotels have. But overall no complaints. I would definitely come back. "

"Plan to arrive with enough time to unpack and settle in, to allow for opportunities to browse. No one walked me through the valet vs. self parking options. And didn’t validate my parking for day. If this isn’t something you’re familiar with doing, it’s beneficial to speak to the self desk for the full rundown."

"Amazing hotel"

"We were expecting more from the show vote honestly when we got there it smelled nothing but mustiness and cigarette smell as soon as we went into our room there was a leak on the bathroom floor. Water was leaking from above the ceiling which we had to use the towel to clean up. We paid extra for an ocean view, but really the view wasn’t good at all. The view we got was mostly of buildings and they expected us to pay more, which is absurd very disappointed the elevators had malfunctions room didn’t even come with the microwave. Carpet was sticky and just smelled awful throughout the whole hotel. Definitely would not recommend anybody to go there. Your best bet is to go to ocean hotel or hard rock hotel which we did that before we booked our room with Showboat."

"There was a roach in my first room the second room was not clean blond hair on the floor. The $50 room credit promised was never applied. I have stayed here many times before and never have I experienced such horrible housekeeping. The refrigerator and other electrical outlets did not work. "
