If nothing was found, then the $40.00 would be refunded. No food product or drinks were spilled. Unfortunately, the hotel did not refund the money. Of the many hotels I have stayed at in the past, payments such as this has never been charged when checking in. As much as I liked the area, I think I would stay somewhere else."

"We had a lovely stay. The Hotel is very nicely appointed and the staff was terrific. Everything is new and shiny and the location is great. "The location was excellent. We were able to walk to the stores and restaurants within one block. The rooms were clean, beds comfy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only surprise was that bottled water was not provided for the coffee maker but water was available in the check in area. Breakfast is served daily. Choices in cereals, yogurts, waffles, eggs, sausage and toast/bagels were provided. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and plan on returning."
