"10/10 service!"

"I was very disappointed with this stay. My room was located above or next to the hotel’s commercial kitchen, and I was woken up around 6:00 a.m. by loud operational noise. Staff later acknowledged they should have disclosed the room’s location before check-in, but they didn’t. Had I known, I would have requested a different room. The lack of transparency significantly impacted my stay and made it difficult to get adequate rest. I expected much better communication and guest consideration."

"It is the perfect location for Carmel. Staff is outstanding and cleanliness is top notch. The room we had was a bit small for sure, but comfortable. The breakfast is healthy and tasty."

"You don't even need to take your car anywhere, the location is amazing, the rooms are super clean, this is the 2nd time we've stayed there, and the experience is always the same."

"Overall this is a good hotel in Carmel. It seemed a little pricey but they do have a free 1st class breakfast and free happy hour that is nice. The happy hour starts at 2 pm. Our room was a little small for the price but amenities were excellent."

"Everything about our stay here was perfect! Such a cozy and inviting place. The breakfast served each morning was delish. All their pastries are locally sourced, which gave the stay a more personal feel. The staff was the BEST! So accommodating and helpful."

"The details MATTER here! Every little inconvenience you could think of, they tried to offer some solution for it. It’s a beautiful room that’s cozy, filled with Diptyque products to unwind to in the shower, Marvis toothpaste samples, and even a little Nespresso machine with both tea and coffee options. They give you cookies every night. The free breakfast in the morning is so curated and aesthetic. You’re welcomed with glass of rosé upon arrival. They even have one of those British water heating...

"They charge for parking daily ($30) as well as a resort fee (+ taxes). The showers had low water pressure and the hot tub jets were broken."

"Such a cozy stay! We only stayed one night but everything from the front desk to the room, to the vibes were just amazing! Definitely will be coming back for the little cottages that were scattered throughout the property!"

"Staff was super nice and helpful, it’s cool that they offer a complimentary wine hour in the lobby! They even made a hand written card for my boyfriend since I had mentioned we were coming for his birthday which was such a thoughtful touch. I just wish there had been AC or a ceiling fan in the room as it got a bit hot but overall everything was great and we will be back!"

"The place is in great location, close to everything (walkable to restaurants, shopping centers, to the beach) the place is clean, the staff's are awesome 👌 and breakfast is great 👍. The only thing missing compare to all the hotels I've been is no microwave and small refrigerator 😒."
