"What was presented was not delivered. Between the mold everywhere, dampness of the room with moisture in the rug-television losing satellite signal every 35mins it wasnt the greatest. The hotel needs to be revamped and thoroughly renovated the damage from the storms have played a tremendous impact on it & they should put health & safety over profit. "

"We only really got to speak to one staff member, he was nice always and a good conversation. The lady who cleans the rooms, also very nice. The room itself you just need to know what you’re getting yourself into. We had the queen room and it certainly was something. It’s very tiny, there’s no door to the bathroom, the shower is literal inches from the bed where the water would literally get on the carpet and also has a door you need to be very careful with. The way the room is designed may be best for someone who plans on never staying in the room. There is a hotel breakfast, but it’s not really much, but generally that’s up to you. There’s no amenities, like a pool or anything. There’s also no microwave or refrigerator for the room. Literally bed, toilet, shower and TV. That’s all. Is the hotel in a central location? Yes, with a 24/7 supermarket across the street and a short walk to condado. Is the hotel luxury? No, not at all. Also for the room, there’s really just a chain door guard that locks the door. You can also hear everything from neighboring rooms, including water running. Overall, wasn’t the best hotel stay and the pictures shown don’t really show all the rooms well, to see this as an option. It seems like they have a more upscale hotel they offer, but possibly not at this property because all the pictures look like they’re completely somewhere else. "

"My family and I stayed here while the kids were on spring break. It’s in a great location with lots of walkable dining options. The hotel has a restaurant as well, personally breakfast was our favorite meal there. Our room was a bit tight for a family of 4 but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The staff were extremely nice. We loved the hot tub and the pool. I would definitely come back."

"This was the second time I’ve stayed at the Caribe Hilton. Grounds beautiful, staff very pleasant, food at restaurants delicious. A little bump checking in, resolved. Walls in rooms paper thin. Could hear people in next room clearly as though one room. Tile floor treacherous when wet. Overall nice stay."

"Spa staff and service was excellent. Our room was not ready at 4:30 when we checked in. We were told we would receive a text message when it was ready. After waiting another hour 1/2 no text message was received. Went back to lobby only to find out the room was ready. No apologies was offered. "
