"Gorgeous property with spectacular staff! The room was lovely! The pillows were super comfortable and the blanket was perfectly fluffy. We slept so well. The shower was spacious-- would love lotion to be available to complete the lux spa feel. Breakfast was delicious would have loved an easy place to place used dishes after. The patio was prestine and pleasant. We loved sitting on the rooftop! Next time, will definitely stay longer :)"

"I Travel alone for work. For an executive or alone traveler its Ok. Its a small hotel, but very clean, modern and nice decour. For breakfast you have very near (walking), some very nice cafes with local or international food. It’s a bit lonely at night, so it’s better to go out to eat using Uber. The staff's service is very good."

"This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!"

"Our room and the hotel itself were very clean and well decorated. In addition to the relaxing nature of the lobby, the rooftop area, complete with hammocks and tables for lounging was a great experience. We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked very relaxing. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend to friends and family."

"My sheets had a stain. Found a hair in the faucet that wasn’t ours. Had an issues with leaky ceiling that wet the bed due to that we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. There was no running water. Once in the new room had a horrible accident the bathroom door fell on my friends foot was immobile after that and our trip was cut short."

"I loved this place! Definitely will come back. Gorgeous hotel and welcoming environment. Right on the beach. Loved the open windows and immensely friendly and helpful staff. Very attentive and regularly checked on us while we hung out around the hotel and the beach. Restaurant only serves guests which makes service quick and food is good. Great location in walking distance to other things. Beach was beautiful. Hotel was very clean. Will absolutely come back and can’t wait to! Highly recommend...

"Upgraded to ocean view. Food was left my our door multiple times. Front desk staff was told multiple times before it was removed on 3 separate occasions. Room was nice."

"Rooms were cleaned and sheets changed nearly every day. We loved having coffee and tea in the mornings and evenings. There are chairs available for you to take to the beach, as well as umbrellas and more for rent. Incense always running and overall a peaceful space that made our trip so special!"

"Upon arrival to my first time in PR, i can say that the room was very clean and well organized. Air conditioning worked amazing and i like how it has a 65” screen right in front of the bed, not like other places that have very small TV’s. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at The Buoy, if i have the opportunity to go again to PR i will booked the same room. Close to the beach and restaurants. Very calmed neighborhood at night."
