"Our check in process was really disorganized. At times, some of the staff members were rude. I really didn’t want to write the review because overall the staff members were really nice and helpful but one in particular not so much. I give that staff member grace too because, it was obvious that the person was having a rough moment. The check-in line was long and full of frustrated patrons. The property itself was okay. The restaurant food was delicious. The location was great and very walkable. Overall, it was a good value. "

"Overall, our experience was pleasant. However, the additional resort charges of $70+ per night felt deceptive when we discovered them at check-in. It became a noticeable topic of conversation among several guests waiting in line. Had these fees been clearly disclosed upfront, I most likely still would have booked the stay. Presenting them in fine print, however, felt disingenuous and left a negative impression. "

"I had an excellent experience at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel truly welcomed and taken care of. They kindly helped store my luggage while my room was getting ready and even allowed me to check in an hour early at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. The team was always attentive, friendly, and very professional. The room is small but very comfortable, clean, and has everything you need for a great stay. And the view from the hotel… absolutely stunning, easily a 1000/10. The restaurant was also delicious — everything I tried was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again."
