"We had such an amazing time at this Hotel. The room with the private Hot Tub was perfect for us as a couple and was extremely relaxing after a long day of adventuring in Puerto Rico. The staff is also amazing and will go above and beyond to accomodate guests. I have nothing but praise and positive things to say about this place. The location is amazing as everything is close by. I wish I could have stayed longer. You can not go wrong booking this place. Even if you don't get the private Hot Tub they do have a pool on site as well."

"This hotel is OLD!!! needs everything updated, the room layout is ridiculous, the closet, fridge and coffee maker is inside the bathroom, the house keeping is bad… the pool area and beach are fine, there’s not room service or food options other than a pool bar and the hilton across the street. I don’t think l will be coming back and it’s way to expensive for the value you get"

"The bar was beautiful with nice drinks, however, the rooms are horrible. I had to change room twice because of water leakage. The bathroom is dirty and the sink area is like 12 inches. My husband couldn't fit and he isn't fat. Finally my family of 4 had to be in multiple rooms because they couldn't accommodate what we paid for."
