"Nice view"

"This is the absolute cutest hotel nestled in the hills about 15 minutes drive south from the airport. We loved our stay here so much we came back a couple of nights later during our trip. The rooms are simple but clean, and the area is so quiet you can hear the coqui frogs in the trees all around at night. We loved sitting at a patio table next to the pool just listening to the frogs. Absolutely enchanting environment. The staff is also super friendly and helpful."

"No rules were implemented. No children in hot tub should mean that! relaxing i was hot in head with football while kids were unattended in hot tub. i’ve been there before and same thing happened. Our fault we went during spring break so pool was over run with unruley kids with no parents to be seen. Couldn’t really relax, not enough poolside chairs, people would come out at 5 am pick there chairs put all there stuff in it and stay for whole day until evening, leaving no space for others. only a few cabanas to rent with too many guests. Children at the pool side bar."

"Arrived at 7pm. Walked straight into the dark,there were no lights on in court yard and all the chairs and tables made it dangerous to walk through without banging into them. The gentleman in front dest was no help. As we approached the desk the gentleman had us waiting for 5-7 minutes while he completed his personal call simply took his time,offered 0 assistance up the stairs with luggage. The phone continuesly rang at from 12-3am and can be heard loudly and we needed to be out the room by 5am for flight😡"

"We got there 30 minutes prior check in time and we called paid the extra 30 minutes for the lockbox not to work waited for someone to come and opened with a screwdriver and by the time we got in was regular checked in time. I was told they were going to reimburse me but they haven’t. They inside it is cute but it wasn’t too cleaned and the little broom didn’t help. Parking can be more than $10 depends on where you park"

"Perfect place to stay! The staff was absolutely incredible. Frankie (the manager I believe) made sure to always greet us and ask if we needed anything. Car rental was easy, location was great, and the atmosphere was amazing. I would highly recommend!"

"Breakfast was horrible since I have a food allergy. Outdated pools and rooms! Why would you have a kids slide in the same pool as a swim up bar?"
