"The place is real nice but tired - great AC - location is awesome as well."

"Lovely hotel with great staff. Negatives are the front desks. We arrived at 9pm, it was 20 people waiting to check in, 1 person working. When we left there was a queue across the hotel of probably 100 people. So they need to be more efficient with their front desks. The lifts are also a nightmare, especially for the higher floors. Only two out of four on each side work, so you're often waiting a good amount of time or even have to walk down the stairs."
