"I was very pleased with all the processes. Had a small malfunction with the mini Fridge but overall a good stay and enjoyed the breakfast options."

"Wonderful property with a few caveats. The amenities are great, and the location is ideal for St Mary’s. The apartment is large and parking safe and easy. That said, the bed is very hard and pillows aren’t great. The vents also hit directly on your face in the bed, so that was hard to get used to. I would stay again but only if I brought my own pillows and blankets"

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool along outdoor fire pits and seating. The rooms were spacious and I loved the kitchenette. Within walking distance to downtown with plenty of restaurants and shops."

"Everyone was very helpful throughout our stay. Our Tower Suite was wonderful and amenities were great."

"The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street."

"We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable."

"We were there on a hot/ humid day. The room was not only clean, but nice and cool when we arrived and remained that way all night."

"The good: Clean room, comfortable bed, very kind staff, great breakfast, convenient parking garage. The bad: Wall outlets in the room were all very loose and nothing would stay plugged in (the weight of the plug would cause it to fall out). There were no bath towels in the room (I assume the cleaning staff just forgot to replenish them). Overall a pleasant stay."

"Very close with to Mayo Clinic with parking, yet reasonably priced. Which was our main priority. Only complaints were the loud AC unit, that we just unplugged while sleeping. And could not figure out what shows were playing on TV channels. Next time we will have to ask the front desk."

"The AC was really strong. The pool and hot tub were hot. Never had a pool that warm before. Breakfast was ok. Go early!! Lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Near costco"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful! Enjoyed having a variety of options for breakfast. The room fridge didn’t keep our food very cold and water temperature for showering didn’t get very hot."
