"Excellent stay overall. Breakfast was always great. Front desk staff amazingly helpful. Our only concern was housekeeping was a little disappointing. We had to request clean towels after day 3 and then requested a trash pickup and clean towels again on day 7. We were told there would be a “complete refresh” on day 7, but only had clean towels dropped off."

"The Brentwood is our favorite hotel to stay at when we are visiting the Mayo Clinic! Although it isn't as new as some of the other nearby hotels, our rooms are always clean and well maintained. I'll admit some of the building appears shopworn, it is still a great place to stay. Parking is available and convenient. But the best feature is the elevator that goes directly to the Mayo Subway system."
