"The property was great overall, had a very comfortable stay and it was in a very convenient spot. My only issue was that the check in information was a bit complicated? Idk I couldn’t locate information and I had to call the customer service multiple times to figure it out"

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The most serious issue was getting trapped in the elevator for approximately 40 minutes. It was a frightening and stressful situation, and unfortunately, the way it was handled made it even worse. The staff were rude and lacked empathy throughout the incident. "The location is absolutely fantastic! The slow WiFi speed was probably the biggest drawback since I needed to get some work done. Otherwise all the appliances and amenities worked well. So if slow WiFi isn’t an issue for you then this location should work nicely!"

"Il manquait du savon à vaisselle et il y avait peu d’équipement de cuisine pour un appartement. La salle de bain était propre mais il y avait un peu de moisissure. Les lits n’étaient pas super confortables. Emplacement idéal et prêt de tout. L’appartement était spacieux pour 3 personnes et très joli. L’air climatisé fut très apprécié!"

"Our flight was delayed for several hours so we did get there until the next day. When we got there our place was given away and they gave us the small place that wasn't going to work for us. I did speak to the owner and got me another place that was very nice. He did offer to refund us one of days stay. Which was very professional of him and I would stay at any of Mr. M's properties. "

"Très bien situé, avec petit marché en face et appartement grand. Cependant le parquet était abîmé et j'ai dû allé à l'autre hôtel en arrivant pour récupérer les clés. C'est pas catastrophique mais faire 20 mn de marche aller retour avec enfants c'est le genre de détails que j'aurai aimé savoir"
