"The check-in and check-out process is not the best as there is no front desk. Yu also have to leave a deposit for the room via a link so that the property can have your card information. The communication with the staff was confusing with diferent people contacting. And the staff does not speak english. In the morning, before check-out, I also had a worker coming into my room to do some fixing. Otherwise the room, kitchen and bathroom were clean "

"Our flight was delayed for several hours so we did get there until the next day. When we got there our place was given away and they gave us the small place that wasn't going to work for us. I did speak to the owner and got me another place that was very nice. He did offer to refund us one of days stay. Which was very professional of him and I would stay at any of Mr. M's properties. "
