Staff (especially night staff) need immediate Customer Service and hotel management remedial training … as their actions breach all conventional worldwide standards (including potential libel issues). Thankfully moved to the Central House Barcelona Gracias for three additional and wonderful nights which completely salvaged the Barcelona leg of my Iberian peninsula trip (let alone much much better location and facilities at the SAME rate)."

"The place is very clean, and the staff is very attentive to ensuring satisfaction and answering questions. Very clean and located in the heart of Catalonia! Highly recommended!"

"Unfortunately what you book is not what you get. I booked a clean hotel look room and got some cheap motel version. For the price I paid it was not worth it. To top it off my room was next to the men’s bathroom/shower and so the noise was too much even after their cut off hour. The place smelled like smoke even those the hostal says no smoking. The shower was very unpleasant. The AC has some issues and a smell of deodorizer that was too pugnant. I feel like I got ripped off for what I paid."
