"La struttura molto moderna e bella. Comodissima alla metro. Noi non abbiamo mai fatto colazione in hotel 12 euro ci sembravano molto,anche se probabilmente la colazione li valeva. L!hotel offre comunque una macchinetta con alimenti salati e dolci ed un'altra per il caffè. A pochi passi dalla struttura è presente un supermercato molto fornito e con la possibilità di sedersi e fare colazione o altro. Unica pecca dell' hotel la doccia. L'acqua usciva dal pitto doccia e ogni volta c'era da...

"The hotel is on the river and has amazing views. The included breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately we experienced several items within our room that didn’t work or were in bad repair - broken AC, water pipes that “screamed” when having a shower and frayed rugs. For a 5 star hotel with a 5 star price tag I expected a flawless and enjoyable experience. Very disappointed with this hotel."

"The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, Wonderful location and views are breathtakingly beautiful. The breakfast buffet is good but not awesome . Same with the dinner. Room service was a bit slow and the soup arrived ice cold. Other than those two negatives, I’d definitely stay here again."

"Water spills all over the floor when showering. Very dangerous if you slip. Almost fell few times. No international sockets. This expected of 4 star hotel. There is only one in the bathroom and it did not work."

"Perfect location. Hotel is very clean and modern. Rooms were very comfortable and considering we were on a very busy main road you could hardly hear any traffic. We made good use of the rooftop pool, although it can get it a bit busy. This could be due to the heatwave at the time. The yellow line metro is just 5 mins walk that has links to all the areas in the city by changing over at Praça Marquês de Pombal. The train station is about 10 mins walk away, which is really easy to use to get to the...
