"Things were not great during my stay. The food was awful, and breakfast was particularly disappointing. My room was not clean, and the bed was uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no staff available at checkout. On top of that, the invoice I was given was incorrect and did not reflect the amount that had already been paid through Expedia. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I expected a much higher standard of service and accommodation."

"This is an amazing place to stop , very clean , warm and everything you need to have a good stay , it was -3 when i stopped but was warm n snug , tesco and lidl at the end of the road. I will definitely be stopping again when im up this way "

"The property had staff that were helpful and polite we arrived early and the chap let us check in and order us a taxi to get into town . When it was late he kept us informed. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed . The shower products were lovely . The breakfast selection was fab and the morning staff were chatty. "We had an enjoyable stay at Church Farm. It was a pleasant and clean property.The room was very good.The only disappointing aspect was the information on line said that Church Farm was set in 2.5 acres of garden and this was as not the case."

"Had a lovely stay this weekend. The cooked breakfast was lovely! Staff very friendly. I liked the trolley available to help ourselves to top ups of towels, water and extra tea and coffee supplies. Quiet location. Bed was a little creaky, but comfortable, on ground level which was nice too. Bathroom grouting could do with a little de-moulding, and shower heads could be a little higher. Also plug sockets by the bed would also be more helpful. But overall, i cant complain and would stay again!"

I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable.
