Staff very rude! Not friendly at all. Pool is broken. Hot water is on and off. Building looks great and has great potential but needs some attention. Buffet was expensive but worth every penny. I would definitely eat there again. I paid with credit card but they also charged my room

Excellent service, very friendly & hospitable staff. Immaculate & up to date hotel. Superb location to restaurants, local mall and supermarkets. Famous night market is very close by as are local bus lines.
