"Clean room"

"Our check in process was easy and staff were super friendly! The room smelled and looked clean however the bottom of the shower was bubbled up like water was trapped underneath, holes in the walls, balcony door did not open and shut properly, and the furniture/linen was super outdated. Overall, it was a place to lay our heads but definitely not in great condition."

"Room is clean but definitely needs some love. It is starting to show its age. Door was broken to cabinet where fridge is, the mirror almost looked all rusty around the bottom where the lights were, there was barely any essentials at the little store, needed some middle of the night ibuprofen or Tylenol and they had nothing. Every hotel I stay at has stuff like that. I stay there because it's extremely close to my daughters' house when I visit but will be looking at other hotels next trip."

"Only complaint is the Outdoor Spa was not very warm(definitely not to the stated 104 degrees as stated on sign). The swimming pool was excellent..nicely maintained!! Room was wonderful!! Service was wonderful!! Breakfast Buffet wonderful! Would stay again🙂👍"

"Did not like the lock on our door would not lock from outside.the staff that cleans the room left our door open 2 times after bring fresh towels we was not in the room at. The time . The door was left open for 4 hours. While we where gone and the next day they left it open for 2 hours . Thank God either time nothing was stolen we checked out 2 days later the door still was not fixed"

"This is not a luxury type hotel room. It's on the beach and close to Sharkys but the room itself was in bad shape, the ceiling leaked and you could hardly open the door to balcony. The clean towels had hair on them and the blanket was very thin. When I told them about leak, they did send someone quickly to dry floor and fix ceiling. However we were told we couldn't change rooms. Just lucky the leak wasn't above the bed I guess!"
