"It’s a beautiful boutique hotel with a private pool. The shower was not so good we have to use the tub the room has no curtains it gets very bright early in the morning."

"The house is beautiful, cozy, and even nicer than the photos. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. All rooms have AC and ceiling fans, all working perfectly. "This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Amazing staff ready and willing to help plan excursions, rent bikes/scooters, and their Partnering transportation service (5 stars as well). The food at the restaurant was delicious, every inch of the property was just peaceful and serene like being in your own world. Very zen! A great way to unplug from the noise of the world (no tvs) and unwind. Loved our stay. And cant wait to visit again."

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. "
