"I love the location of this hotel and that it has a hot tub and pool. There are not a lot of hotels downtown with a hot tub so I always love to stay here. It is a slightly further walk to the target center and the surrounding bars, but it’s definitely still manageable! And the hotel is so charming! I love how it’s decorated!"

"The staff was incredibly helpful in helping us get a last minute room for a big group. The suite we stayed in was perfect and incredibly spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and had plenty of tables that were well spaced out. The night shift front desk worker and security guard were the best, he helped find us extra blankets and the security guard brought them all the way up to our room to drop them off for us. Would definitely come back!"

"The hotel rooms were beautiful and had ample space. The pillows were amazing. The only issue I had was having to request a breakfast coupon every day. That was inconvenient and the floor I was on did not have an ice machine. The breakfast expensive, but quite tasty."

"The shower was abysmal. Long dark hairs in the shower which definitely weren’t ours. The shower door kept sliding open unless you wedged something in it. Which is apparently a well known problem by the staff. The ironing board literally fell apart. The iron left some kind of weird residue on my dress, probably because it either hasn’t been properly cleaned in a while or it doesn’t have distilled water in it or both. The desk staff are very nice though. They were the best part of the stay."

"Conveniently located in central downtown. Easy walk to all of the stadiums. The lobby is not particularly warm and we had trouble getting our rooms on time, but the hotel is reasonably priced and the rooms we had were great."

"Great views and location. I think the rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. Restaurant staff the coffee shop. Staff were very friendly. The event staff could be a little more friendly and hospitable. Definitely think that they could benefit from some training on food, allergies even basic ones like nuts and strawberries.. for that type of hotel for especially for a business convention center. I expected a higher caliber of service and Venue. Was disappointed"

"I was very satisfied with the staff and their level of professionalism and kindness. The room was impeccably clean and had everything I needed. Parking was probably the most frustrating part because you have to pay to use the parking garage. There really isn’t any other practical parking on the street around it, so you just eat up the fee and that is that. Overall, an excellent experience!"

"The property was clean and the room was also clean and comfortable . The shower water pressure was great . The location of the hotel was in a convenient spot and we even had a view of the Twins stadium."

"Everything was really amazing! The staff were all very helpful, the breakfast had a good variety except no waffles only pancakes for those waffle lovers wondering about that. The hot tub and pool area was quiet and relaxing and the room was super clean. The location is in a great area. The only thing that was kind of annoying was having to pay for parking but that was understandable considering the placement of the hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would totally stay here again!"

"The only thing that was missing was when I checked in the front desk agent asked for my info, a cc, and gave me my keys. No welcome info, no amenity info, no direction- nothing. I had never been there before and that was a huge miss from a hospitality standpoint."

"It's hard to beat this location if you're going to go to Target Field. We were here in June for 3 days (2 nights). A lot of walkable dining options. Ballpark is a 3 minute walk. Sites like the old stone bridge are also walkable."
