It was expensive, but the friendly atmosphere, staff, clean facility were all good. A lot of safe parking spaces were available as well.

Hyatt Regency Long Island
Staff greeted as soon as we walked in. Check in was a smooth transaction. Love the room and housekeeping kept our room clean everyday. Always stay at this hotel when I come to visit family!

It is beyond my comprehension how this place has a 9 "excellent" rating. 1. It has single pane windows that do not keep out the cold air or sound. 2. There is no thermostat.
