"It started on a good note, we came a day early and we could rent the room an extra day, quick response but weird, Venmo an individual before getting any information but ok. We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. "The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. We had two rooms and mine was definitely better than my husbands. I recommend getting a room facing the courtyard. Breakfast does not open in time and is slow so plan accordingly. It is good food and coffee though. Pool was nice. Location was good for using public transportation. There are a decent amount of homeless folk in the area but we felt safe."
