"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"The reception when we arrived at The Londoner was amazing, and the hotel is well placed for central London touring - we couldn't have asked for better convenience. The Londoner is enticingly decorated and we loved our rooms and furnishings, including the shower and bidet. We loved all of the decor. "Very convenient location, room was a good size, air conditioning was nice and cold, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We rented a club room which included drinks and food at the cafe 24/7 which was very nice. The bathroom was a little strange and uncomfortable for us as it was myself, my husband, and my 22 year old daughter. The bathroom is made of frosted glass so you can still see into the bathroom and hear everything."

"I can't see how anyone can say anything negatively or indifferent about this hotel. I am a very picky traveler and appreciate great service and from the moment I checked in to the hotel, everything and everyone was spot on. The hotel is immaculate. The service was better than at any hotel I have experienced. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel.
