"It started with 2 young chaps dressed in traditional English jacket and hat who met us at our taxi to take our luggage. We felt royal!! The room was perfect. Te staff went above and beyond. They, (Ian the concierge) helped us plan the days with the most important sights to see. The staff was over the top. Cant say enough about them."

"The AC did not work in both of our rooms…during the hottest time in London. The staff said they had reset the ac..but no cold air in both our rooms, as well as other guests. Location is great, the place is hip..but the lack of ac in record heat days without resolution over a few days in multiple rooms made it a very unbearable stay - we just could not sleep in the rooms."

"Lifts were up and down ( pun intended) They were NOT working most of the time due to break downs. Weekday staff were very helpful during the lift problems. Weekend staff were indifferent Now to my shower. It flooded all over the bathroom floor both times I used it. Two repair people came to look at it and just concurred that it needed fixing but did not fix it Finally the server in the restaurant on our final night kept trying to upsell and her attitude was quite abrupt"
