"These guys are really good - the service and front desk team are what makes this a great hotel. Fantastic service. Reminded to any issue w the customer at the fore front of approach. One thing if you are a light sleeper try and avoid the rooms that face the street as there is a lot of action out there w a cloud in front. The upper rooms out of the main building are the coolest so try those they are amazing."

"This hotel is wonderfully located in the Covent Garden. The rooms were very nice and the bathroom was very large. The shower was something I would like to take home. There are a lot of restaurants immediately around the hotel and the Royal opera and ballet performance center is right across the street. "
