"Good breakfast and convenient for town, but a very basic hotel and room for the (high) price. Check-in staff poor. Also £10 per case storage is a rip-off when other hotels do it for free."

"Perfectly convenient location in the heart of Piccadilly Circus. If you read up on the hotel, you will not be surprised by the smaller rooms and little amenities. There is so much to do and so close to the Underground train system. The Zedwell is the best value for the area. Highly recommended."

"The location was perfect. Close to so many amazing restaurants and shopping. Very close to Elizabeth Line - one minute walk and takes you directly to Heathrow airport. The rooms were somewhat small but it was only two nights so not a real inconvenience."
