"The concept is phenomenal; the location can't be beat. Exit Dean Street off the Elizabeth Line (Tottenham Ct) and the hotel is a block away. The pod beds were comfortable and everything was spotless, safe and well appointed. BUT, a few comments to help future travelers. It's VERY difficult using the QR code to enter the pods. Once in the pod, it's hard to feel motivated to leave until it's time to checkout. Ask the staff for a way to access the rooms without using your phone. 2nd, the...

"We love it here our 4th stay this time we booked the two bed apartments was wonderful staff so helpful and friendly Only negative was ice machine didn’t work and the plug in roll top bath wouldn’t close so couldn’t use the bath & for £800 really should have a working bath We still world visit again but I would check in advance they were working"

"Absolutely loved our stay! Thank you for helping to make Mitch's 40th birthday so special. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Everything just felt really special from the moment we arrived. The only very slight disappointment was that the rooftop bar was closed for a private event, as we'd been looking forward to visiting it, but it certainly didn't take away from what was an amazing stay. We'd definitely stay again and would highly recommend it....

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."
