"The host was extremely responsive, & does a wonderful job maintaining the welcoming personality of this fun flat. The Round House Apartments are in a fantastic location, waking distance from the majority of things visitors works be interested in, including West End shows. For other locations, the tube is very close. Covent Garden has tons of shops, pubs, restaurants, fast food, etc. The listing is factual about the stairs-only access & no A/C. It was toasty during an unseasonably warm May, but...

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"Lovely hotel although our room was quite small and had a poor outlook. The room was noisy as other guests came and went along the corridor and adjacent rooms. Service was not up to usual standards having stayed on several occasions and on other Firmdale hotels. A bit disappointed but won’t put us off the other Firmdale locations."

"Nicely appointed room--room was much smaller than anticipated. Closet and clothes bureau were appreciated. Large tub/shower were modern and water pressure was great, especially for central London. We used the lobby to meet friends as the room was too small to handle more than 2 people. We did not choose the breakfast option at hotel. Location was good and staff were friendly and polite. Had I been able to afford a bigger room, I would have upgraded to something larger."

"Room decor was really nice. We were only there one night. Beds comfy. Lookout room bit enough for 4 of us. Shower water pressure was not good but the bathroom itself was nice. We had to wait to check in which isn’t great. Some staff friendlier than others. Would stay again though. Close to so much stuff."

"This hotel is in a great location. They are the seven dials which has a ton of restaurants, stores, and things to do. It’s very bustling, but also convenient. The rooms are renovated and very nice. The bathroom was a little small, but honestly that’s to be expected in a city hotel in Europe. We’ve stayed here several times and would stay here again. It’s a great choice in London."
