"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"Very convenient location, room was a good size, air conditioning was nice and cold, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We rented a club room which included drinks and food at the cafe 24/7 which was very nice. The bathroom was a little strange and uncomfortable for us as it was myself, my husband, and my 22 year old daughter. The bathroom is made of frosted glass so you can still see into the bathroom and hear everything."

"Definitely did not feel up to par with the price. Tiny room, great location though. Was really annoyed that there’s no sign outside point out it is a hotel. They also tried to charge me an extra breakfast I did not have. Check your receipt upon checking out!"

I am a very picky traveler and appreciate great service and from the moment I checked in to the hotel, everything and everyone was spot on. The hotel is immaculate. The service was better than at any hotel I have experienced. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel. "Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend."
