"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"I was never told that it is not a normal hotel; they have several independent properties which they refurbished and rent. I had to climb 3 floors in an old house to get to my room, there was no elevator. This is something they should tell in advance, I would not have rented it if I knew. The rooms have a very unique and well done decoration, a beautiful bathroom and all amenities as expected. Nevertheless the room was terribly dark and light did not go further on as programmed which made it...

"I was catfished. We walked in the room and immediately laughed, the room was the size of a closet. Not even a hobbit could walk in the room without bumping into walls. Could barely fit 3 suitcases in the room. You are better off doing an Airbnb for 160 a night. Staff was nice and room was clean however I find it impossible it is legal to have these mini windowless dungeons on the market."

"What a lovely stay we had at the Radisson Blu in Covent Square/Seven Dials! The staff was phenomenal. You would have thought we were at a luxury resort with the level of service and support the staff provided. In particular the concierge, both Ed and George, were tremendously helpful and kind. When we come back to London we will absolutely be repeat guests! I could t have asked for more from our visit!"
