"Great location"

"We booked this particular hotel for two reasons. 1) How amazingly well placed it is, so close to the main shopping streets, the theatre district, chinatown and travel links 2) Each room has a mini kitchenette with coffee machine, microwave, sink and fridge (the fridge alone made it worth it with the weather being so warm) What we didn't plan for was just how brilliant the staff were. Checked us in early when we arrived, invited us down for a drink in the evening and placed balloons, chocolate...

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"Buyer beware. We were told when we arrived that we were booked at a site away from the hotel. It was dirty, didn’t feel safe, room was 3 flights up.( staff did bring our luggage up and down).Staff did not welcome us to the hotel amenities. Hotel looked cute but we didn’t see it."

"The location of the property can't be beat -it's right off of Regent Street near Piccadilly. The unit was on the top floor, which meant climbing 6 flights of stairs. Once, inside it was quiet and clean. There was a strange, smoky smell in one of the bedrooms, but reception put in an air purifier which cleared it up. We would definitely stay there again."
