"We had a phenomenal time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the room was immaculate! Surprisingly, even with all of the World Cup traffic and noise we didn’t hear anything at night! The rooms were seemingly soundproof. As soon as you walk into the room all the noise disappeared. We would definitely stay again!"

"Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. "

"Our stay was amazing. We visited for a long weekend from Florida. Wanting the cooler weather Mexico City offered due to its elevation. We arrived well before check in. "We came down for the World Cup and Umbral was a perfect location to get to Fan Fest. The room was terrific and the whole hotel space is gorgeous. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. In particular, Sergio the bartender at the Terrace bar. He was terrific and gave us some great advice about attending Fan Fest for the Mexico l-Czechia game. Will stay at Umbral on our next visit!"
