"We had such an amazing time as Casa Izeba! We stayed for about 5 nights to celebrate my 40th birthday- and everything exceeded our expectations. The property was so beautiful and well maintained. Our bedroom and bathroom were so lovely, but also the common rooms, the staircases, and the rooftop were such beautiful spaces. The staff really put everything beyond expectations. Everyone was so extremely friendly and helpful- it felt like a home away from home. There were amazing snacks and a tea...

"Great location. Very hard to find something quiet in Mexico City. If you book a room without a balcony, they face the back and are very quiet. Good AC and nice comfortable bed with good quality linens. Staff was very friendly and arranged massages for us in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. The amenities were more than fine for us - Rosetta baked goods in the AM & pre-dinner Mescal. The location is fabulous! Absolutely would come back in the future. "

"This was my first time visiting Mexico City and I was beyond pleased. This hotel is great with security (I traveled solo and am a female) the reception helps SO much with providing info regarding places to eat, visit, and explore. They really care and take the time to do so, shout out to Diego. There was also a woman who worked for the luggage and door—she was simply amazing. My room was SO comfortable. I went to the ritz for the last 3 nights in CDMX and guess what? THE RITZ DIDNT EVEN COMPARE...

"Hotel is in the perfect spot of Roma Norte. Everything is walkable and nearby (Parque Mexico, Condensa, Cibiles, etc.) The check in process is smooth and the staff are very good at communicating. Whatsapp is the preferred way to communicate with the front desk and they respond quickly with any recommendations or services that are needed."
