"Beautiful true gem. It really exceeded my expectations. Location was great, near all the restaurants and a couple of blocks from main square. Authentic 1700’s family hotel with all the charm of a real Cusco historic home. Rooms comfortable, very roomy (we got the family suite). Staff there was very helpful and friendly, big thanks to the nice ladies that run the kitchen during breakfast time and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed their delicious meals. "I switched to this hotel after staying in a relatively cheaper place for a while. It made such a big difference! I interacted with 3 male receptionists and they were all very friendly and kind. They helped with laundry, provided good breakfast and positively contributed to my amazing vacation. It is a walking distance from the city center. Don't let the stairs discourage you, because the hotel has a nice city view at the terrace :)"

"Grand appartement à 10 min à pied de la place des Armes. Il y a également un bus qui s'arrête devant le portail. Nous sommes toujours descendus à pied et remontés en navette. Eau chaude, appartement un peu froid mais pas insurmontable. Accueil très sympathique et agréable de la part des propriétaires, n'hésitez pas à leur demander conseils ou de l'aide ils feront tout pour vous aider. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à eux."
