"It was clean and the staff were friendly, breakfast options are standard and a bit of variety would have been nice, maybe some fruit as well as the eggs. Easy access by taxi as not all places are easy to find or access by car. "

My partner had a medical emergency and they were extremely helpful and it just felt like we were taken care of here ! A must stay in cusco!"

"I had such a great experience! Amazing location for the higher viewpoints, while only being 5 minutes from the main plaza. I had a very warm welcome and they were super friendly. It was mostly quiet and the beds were the comfiest I’ve had in Peru so far. Breakfast was nice light but filling items so you don’t feel sick in the morning at this altitude. They even let me stay and use the kitchen and lounging area and bathrooms for a few hours while I waited for my flight ! They’ll hold your bags...

"Great room, all areas welcoming & beautiful: some spaces were like being in a gallery;, staff helpful, comfortable bed, hot shower water, quiet room, great wifi & location (close to old city centre). We couldn’t have breakfast as our tour started early. Highly recommend. "

"Hotel is in old part of town near some attractions. Street is very narrow. Use local taxi drivers to get there. We stayed in Paris room. Don’t recommend. Could not sleep at night as we could hear every movement of people staying in the floor above. We checked in at 8.30 pm and it took 4 hours for the room to heat up. They could have let at least one of the heaters running to keep the room warm. I recommend MOAH boutique hotel compared to this property. "
