"Habitación espaciosa, cama grande y muy cómoda. El baño aparentemente amplio pero un poco encajonado el wc y la ducha. Me encantó como olía el lugar y me encantó la cama. Tele grande enfrente de la cama configurada para utilizar el screen mirrow. No me gustó que vendieran agua en recepción a un precio muy elevado. Volvería alojarme aquí. Está todo nuevo y bien cuidado"

"We had a good stay at Andenes.Room was clean,breakfast was good.Free tea and water anytime.Only issue we had that our room was close to the breakfast room and you hear chefs prepare from 4:30am."

"Very good hotel and very good staff! The place is clean, has character and is excellent BUT…..it’s located behind the wall from a very very loud night club and the music goes on till 4-5 am. The hotel is trying to solve it by providing guests with ear plugs but they don’t really help. If you don’t mind partying all night, stay here! If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, I’d look for another place."

"Clean room they cleaned Everyday breakfast included you were able to order your breakfast and they would bring it to you we had Machu Picchu really early and they broght us a breakfast to go the night before staff super nice location excellent close to the plaza and stores"

"THE ONLY REASON I GAVE 3 STARS JUST OK ITS BC OF ONE OF THE GIRLS AT THE FRONT DESK ; I DONT THINK SHE ENJOYS HER JOB SHE DIDNT EVEN SAY WELCOME TO US AND WHEN I ASKED ABOUT MY 'VIP' GIFT WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A BOTTLE OF SPIRIT SHE TOLD ME WE CAN ONLY GET A SODA BUT THE REST OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL AND AFTER A LONG TRIP THATS A PLUS"

"The room was clean but the toilet flush/water was weak. The shower drain was slow. It’s on an excellent location, walkable to all of Cusco’s great restaurants, shops, ruins and cathedrals."
