"Very nice, comfortable room, nice to have the kitchen. Lots of space outside to eat and relax! The kids loved the animals and that it’s clise to Legoland! The restaurant near by was really nice too and also easy to get around without a car."

"Clean, easy check-in, short walk to Holland Pk or Shepherds Bush stations. The kitchenette was nice for breakfast and the surrounding neighborhood was very nice. The street was a little noisy but we had the windows open due to the above average temps in London, luckily there was a fan provided which helped for sleeping. Found the stairwell to be very hot. Great stay!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE I left my AirPods in the apartment after checking out. I contacted the host immediately and tried calling — no answer. Seven hours later, I was finally told they'd "sort it out" and I could collect them the following week. Reassuring, given that my AirPods were, at that exact moment, on the move across London. When I called to ask why my belongings were wandering the city without me, the host told me my personal property "wasn't their problem." Shortly afterwards, the AirPods...
