"The suite I booked was very spacious, clean and nicely furnished. I had everything I needed, from toiletries to kitchen accommodations. Garden view is better in my opinion since it comes with more privacy and is quiet, still only meters from the beach.
The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful without overdoing it. I did not get any erroneous charges. Check-in and out went smoothly and with punctuality.

"The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time."

"This resort was classy top to bottom. The room and the turn down service were impeccable, the service at bars and restaurants was excellent, the food was stellar and you cannot beat the Grace Bay beach and the Palms pool if you wanted a break from the sun at the beach.
We went for our 10 year wedding anniversary and couldn't have been happier with our choice. We left talking about the next time we can come back and stay."

"The hotel doesn’t meet Ritz Carlton standards
Feels like conference hotel,rooms are basic with simple furniture,generic wall art , no elegant decor or flower arrangement. It rained every day, (we were during rainy season)there were no umbrellas available in rooms or lobby, it’s unacceptable for luxury hotel.Even the complimentary coffee in lobby was lukewarm.Turks are beautiful but resort itself falls far short of the luxury and standards associated with The Ritz Carlton name."
