"Overall experience was great. It is really nice option to stay at this resort. Though i paid amenities charges might be for like pull, gym, lazy river and mini golf play area for 2 night stay which i hardly used but it was excellent experience staying at this resort. My go to preference will be this resort in future since it offers nice pricing, neat and clean premises, lunch, amenities like pool along with hot water mini pool, sauna, and many more. "

"Clean room, hallways could have more freq vacuuming. All supplies eventually. Loud in pool at night. Should close at 10 not 11. Tv channels offer little, why not offer smart tvs so we all can login with our own or bring firesticks. Bed very very hard. Toilets so very low, like sitting on floor if you are taller than 5 ft 2. Would be nice to have a grab bar for jacuuzi tub in room. Overall, a great place though. Local, central. "

"Great place to stay. Alot of dining options. Great place for kids. Water park was huge and nice. Only issue I had and will address is they were doing construction right next door to my room and it started at 6am. But the manager and staff were super accommodating and understanding. Also they should have more staff working in the pool area. This poor girl was working by herself and did an amazing job catering to the whole pool/water park area. "

"This hotel was clean, it had a great breakfast, small gym but great location. I was there for USA cheer nationals. This was a great location with a lot of food options and easy traffic. "

"The room smelled like wet carpet, it was horrible!"

"The room smelled strongly of damp; it wasn't cleaned at any point during our stay. The air conditioning smelled bad, the laundry wasn't working, and when we politely asked at reception when it would be operational again, we were treated very rudely. We asked if there was another laundry nearby and were told to find out for ourselves. The man who takes you to the parks doesn't wait even two minutes if you're late; he just drops you off. But one very rainy day, we had to wait for him for 15...

"Staff was friendly, bathroom door was too small for doorway so it wouldn’t latch in our room, set up was nice though "

"The hotel tried to charge the shampoo, conditioner and body wash body if you use it too much inside the bathroom, be careful of it "
