And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...

"Was going to write a reasonably balanced review but one that would reference a window that did not close resulting in a very disturbed night but I got such patronising response to my email that mild irritation has turned into annoyance bordering on anger. No excuse for poor maintenance and absolutely no excuse for taking such a patronising and irritating attitude when replying to a guest."

"The room was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bar was nice and busy. It was a gorgeous day so we sat outside with our cocktails. My only negative comment would be the need for a blackout blind. The room didn't get totally dark other than that, I would highly recommend."
