"The view of the beach was beautiful. The staff at the front desk was excellent and very helpful, My complaint was with our room. We were in a room on the top floor with an ocean view. The floor in the bathroom was wet when we checked in at approx. 3:00pm. We used a towel to wipe the floor because it was extremely slippery. The towel was so dirty when we got done wiping the floor that I didn't want to walk on it so we laid down more towels to walk on them instead of the floor. The carpeting felt extremely wet and sandy too, so much so, that we had to lay towels down because our feet kept getting full of sand. Even the next morning it still felt wet. We had requested more towels for the room around 5:30pm (when we left to go out to dinner) because we used the other ones to put on the floor. The maintenance man finally came with the towels at around 9:30pm when we were already in bed. The body wash dispenser in the shower was also empty. We moved one of the larger chairs to the corner so we could put our luggage rack in that spot. Lo and behold there was a hotel towel from someone else laying on the floor. This tells me the cleaning person did not do a very good job of cleaning the room and checking the supplies. We had a coffee pot in the room but no coffee. When we asked the front desk clerk(who was extremely helpful & apologetic) if there was suppose to be coffee in the room she said yes. So again, the cleaning person did not do their job properly. We were very disappointed! "

"We had a room on the first floor that had a view of the pool and beach. The room was a little dated but clean and spacious. The staff were kind and very attentive. Parking was onsite and across the street. We loved the beach area and the view. The pool and hot tub areas were also clean and well kept. "

"Hall ways looked dirty and worn, breakfast was a joke, out of everything, and food everywhere where people had dropped it on the counter, very understaffed in the breakfast area "

"We only stayed over night so didn't use the pool. It looked great! The only complaint was that the door to the bathroom was really beat up and the outside of the shower by the floor was not kept up. Otherwise a great, more quiet spot"
