"Great location and clean rooms. I wish they had coffee in the morning. We had an end room with a pretty view."

"I never saw where breakfast was supposed to be served, the coffee in the room was terrible. I use Green Mountain at home but it tasted totally different, not sure why. Maid left an envelope for a tip but my room was never cleaned. Wastebaskets were emptied, but bed wasn't made, towels were not picked up or changed. I asked for ice at the front desk so I could ice a bad foot. It never came in the 2 hours I waited. Asked again when I got back after a cocktail party, finally arrived a 1/2 hour later. Room was clean when I arrived and bed was comfortable, but I'd give it an average rating "

"The reception team are so nice, everyone is professional and thoughtful. However, The cleaning stuff needs more training, forgot to provide the bath towel and the washcloth on the 2nd day of my stay. "
