"The most amazing views! Early May, so weather was breezy and overall warm but not hot. We loved how easy it was to walk from the property to many restaurants and shops, as well as get take ride share to further away places. Upon arrival we had to have staff re-clean portions of the bathroom because the cleaning crew had not done a satisfactory job; dirt and hair in corners, and hair in the bathtub. "We really enjoyed this hotel. We travel a lot, and the quality and price point were well worth it. LoKation was amazing. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. The rooms were super clean and well designed so that you could unpack or not, and have easy access to your luggage. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed our two nights there the bar staff was nice as well at the end of the day. It was nice to have a place to drink."

"Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive"

"We loved everything about this place--location, spacious room, nice people work here. The continental breakfast was just okay but most continental breakfasts are similar and as advertised. The only negative? This was the most expensive place we have ever stayed in any city in any country. For several reasons we decided it was worth it (really, location is one of the best in the city)."

"The Newbury Boston horel was absolutely amazing, beautiful, and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is located at a very prestigious area right across the street from the garden and where all the designer boutiques are. Will definitely return to this property"

"Staff was unable to unlock door to our suite upon arrival and we had to wait in the hallway for 30 minutes before maintenance arrived. Then we were locked out again and were moved to another suite where the chain on door was broke. The property is old (chipped paint-worn furniture) and has small windows and dim lighting. It does not have a small boutique charm. Entire staff is foreign."
