"Staff is very nice & helpful. My family had 2 nights incredible stay at this hotel! The entire team was exceptionally friendlyand welcoming from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home.
A special shout-out goes to the breakfast service staff, Glenn T. He truly went above and beyond to provide wonderful service every morning. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made breakfast the highlight of my day.
My room was very clean especially the bathroom with like new sink faucet & bathtub.
Very convenient location with nearby restaurants & airport.
Highly recommended for anyone who values top-tier service!"

"Went to eat at wood lodge fire grill. Took at least 45 minutes to get 1 alcoholic beverage and ordered the seasonal brownie and ice cream stack. We took the food to the room and had to microwave the frozen brownies and the 2 scoops of chocolate sauce. Normally I would not have an issue but they were not very busy and the girl who took our order had to go check on it 3 different times. Then eventually went back there and I assume made it herself. I was not very pleased with this experience. Rest of the time we enjoyed our stay."
