Warm bathroom with hot water which you might think goes without saying, but the previous night we stayed in a hotel without either of those things. Parking onsite which was such a bonus. "Enjoyed 2 nights here and love the character of the building and the romantic double room was lovely and warm on what was a very cold evening! Staff really helpful and friendly, easy free parking and in 15 mins we were in town by foot. There’s a lovely rum Bar 5 mins away too (altho a small bar onsite too!) and restaurants within 10 Mins if need. Most 15 mins. I like the fact you don’t have to pay for a cooked breakfast if you don’t want it and just continental. Couple of things i could nit...

"All 3 rooms were very clean and the hotel had overall, a very pleasant mix of classy but unstuffy decor, soft furnishings and and fittings. Some areas, like reception could do with a degree of upgrading, but the Xmas decorations were fabulous "
