"Everything was great about the property itself, especially the location with the walk to the high street and the start of the shops only taking a minute or 2. The only drawback I could find, and I'm nit picking, is the stairs are right at the front door which might be tricky for some people. Parking on busy days/weekends might be tricky."

"Room was freezing cold, no heating on, kettle didn't work. They did offer to change our room but other room was also unheated. As check in is 2pm.We checked in at 4.40pm 14th Feb, room was icy cold. Hot water was temperamental. Room should have bern warm & water hot, Hubby had cold shower i gave that a miss.should be heated by then"

"Wonderful little Pub/Hotel. Location is terrific. Walk to everything: 5 mins to the Cathedral; Restaurants/Shops; Sainsbury's is behind the parking lot. Pub is quintessential pub 'vibe' and the food is outstanding--really elevated menu and presentation/flavor. Rooms are adequate and clean. Staff is terrifically friendly and accommodating. We will return, next time around."

"I would like to ask for a full refund really but I know I won't get one. We were left in property on our own and told to lock up when we come and go. The sheets on the beds were dirty. Bathroom dirty. Tea and coffee in the room but no milk. We left at half 4 in the morning with little or no sleep at all. Terrible place "

"部屋は清潔で、空調もしっかり効いていた。洗面台、シャワーの水圧、トイレの水量も十分で、しっかり排水され水回りのトラブルも無かった。電気設備等の不備もなく、快適に過ごせた。朝食について、6時からという案内表示されていたが6時30分になってもまだ準備ができていない日があった。またコーヒーメーカー2台のうち1台は故障しており、パントースター2台のうち1台は不調だった。朝食メニューは品数も多く満足のいく内容だった。冷蔵庫が無いのは残念な点だった。"

"The hotel needs a lot of care and attention , cleaning which is a most. other parts need cleaning.I use the GYM when I was there, Equipment's need updated , .Lot of other places are rusted, meaning to old , good clean down.Needs a better fan for bathroom /shower, especially when having to do ANOTHER 2 IN THE toilet. NEEDS MORE STRONGER SUCTIONS. WINDOWS NEED CLEANING PLENTY COBWEBS IN EVERY AREAS. Rubbish even outside the areas need to be emptied daily, Areas where you are aloud to smoke...

"A lovely place, great location perfect for a city break. Was happy to see that breakfast, tea and coffee was all taken care of along with all the things you need to cater for the promised 7 people. Made special by the Xmas decorations. Extra thanks to Tom for his help on our departure"
