"Excellent small hotel based just off San Polo Square in the perfect platoon to explore all of Venice by foot. Only a handful of rooms but spacious, clean and comfortable. This hotel is peaceful and calm among the bustle of the city which is perfect for a rest after a day exploring. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast is a continental offering with plenty of fresh fruits, pastries, meats and cheeses. Do not expect a cooked element. Would definitely recommend!"

Very difficult to find using Google Map... you keep turning around and around so prepare yourself before the trip and find out. Once you know where it is hidden then it's fine. Very calm and quiet. Clean. Luggages are not tagged when you leave them at the front desk while waiting for the room to be ready.. a bit risky to me but all was fine. In the end: ok if you need a less expensive place well situated. Not...

"We loved this hotel! We were greeted at the door by Giovanni who had us sit down immediately and brought us water and espresso. Our room was ready early and it was so charming! We were given great restaurant recommendations too. The AC was a treat, the towels were so soft, and the bed was comfortable. After checkout we were able to leave our bags until heading to the train. Can’t recommend enough!"
