"If you’re staying here for Coachella be prepared to get the run around and deal with rude management! They charge you the full amount of your stay a week before your stay without a warning. Housekeeping NEVER came to our room the entire 4 days we stayed there and we kept asking for them to come. So they said they’d refund us a whole whopping $30 for that inconvenience and now they’re refusing to give the refund. They keep saying they did refund me and they did not. I stayed here 2 years in a row...

"Perfectly reasonable accommodations for a quick night on our trip to Southern California. Booked it for the properties age but was blown away by the amenities included. Free complimentary EV charging, free breakfast, free internet. Can’t ask for better accommodations for the price "

"Staff at front desk were very good and helpful. Lobby lounge is comfortable and has space for sitting or reading or working on computer. Property shows its age. Room clean enough but sheets were wrinkled and I thought maybe had not been changed until I checked them carefully. Bath fan sounded like it would fall from ceiling when turned off. Water faucets in bath and sink very old and not great to set temps or flow."

"I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The carpets throughout the property emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the lack of water service during my visit was both inconvenient and unacceptable. While I did encounter two staff members who were courteous and helpful, the majority of the team appeared disengaged and unresponsive to guest needs."

"1. They overcharged by a serious amount for Coachella. It was one of the worst stays ever. 2. They do not supply you with shampoo unless you ask for it and at that, it comes in a ketchup like packet. 3. The room was dirty and furniture damaged. 4. The lights would go out periodically and sometimes not come back on. 5. The sink would back up and the tub. Their drainage is horrible. 6. "Clean room, good staffing on site and prompt on requests for linen or towels etc. breakfast was good could use some more options for hash browns or bacon features but still good."

"Very clean and comfortable room. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals for a week. Pool was great! Lots of seating/ lounge chairs. Washer/ dryer in the room! Private cabanas available ( well worth the $75 daily fee!!) Food and drinks available at the pool area. Very family friendly and priced reasonably. This was our second time staying here and am looking forward to staying here again."

Arrived rooms next to each other. After a discussion we were moved. But it was protracted and unnecessary. Not enough beds around the adult pool. Poorly designed. "During our 2 night stay there was no hot water. Unfortunately, the staff chose to ignore the problem rather than address it with the guests (it was a property wide issue). That made for a shocking shower instead of an uncomfortable expectation. We were offered 5000 Marriott points in exchange (~$15-35). The nightly room rate was $225 after taxes. Ridiculous!"
