"I checked in pretty late and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, there was a decent little snack store and a decent breakfast in the morning. The morning staff was also very helpful and granted me a late checkout that I unfortunately didn’t end up utilizing. If I’m ever in the area, I’ll definitely look into booking here first. Also in n out is right down the street so, can’t get much better."

"it was a nice property. It's a little dated, but what made it the best was the staff from the check-in when we were at the pool even into when we got our food delivered into our room. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"I came over memorial weekend and could not find a room anywhere, I was just passing through and very tired, another hotel suggests this hotel they had 5 rooms available. "The staff let us check in a half hour early, check out an hour later, and gave us access to the pool after we checked out. We really enjoyed celebrating our 29th Anniversary here! It is a beautiful campus, hotel, and area! Went golfing, to the movies, church, the mall, and restaurants nearby. They have a quiet pool and a couple with water slides. We enjoyed playing volleyball-basketball in the pool!"

"The hotel was very quiet and clean with a fully stocked breakfast bar. It's very closed to Palm Springs and the Joshua Tree National Park. It's also very close to the Thousand Palms Oasis so there is plenty to go and explore in the area."

"This is a really disappointing property on many levels. It is more of marriot mid-tier brand masquerading as luxury. It was a bit rundown generally, bathrooms have lime / calcium build up, wallpaper peeling, scuffed walls, door jams, etc. The spaces and layout is bizarre - so much dead space that looks like it’s for banquets, but visible wherever you are walking, rooms appear unfinished from a decorative perspective or lacking vision. The staff is not overly friendly. It is not very clean,...

"This is a timeshare and the amenities are not available for for or just not available like it says. The JW Marriott doesn’t connect and there is no real access to restaurants at property."
