"Amazing stay! The view of Mt. Fuji was spectacular and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We loved everything about our stay, from the toiletries to our in room chef. We would love to come back again!"

"The hotel room was spacious. The room was separate from the kitchenette. We had un-room washer dryer. It's also convenient that the bathroom are separated. Staff at registration were helpful and friendly, esp Nao. We like the front patio in front of the lobby entrance where you sit, relax and watch people walk by. Next door to train station and bus to Shirakawago and other places. Will stay again and recommend to friends."

"Property was very clean and modern with excellent amenities. Host (Bill) was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Location was also good within reasonable walking distance to all the main attractions. I highly recommend the W&M house, we will be using it when we come back to Japan."
