"The room felt quite old and had a noticeable musty smell. There was also a significant amount of dust in the room, and I could see dust particles floating in the air. During my stay, my skin became irritated and itchy, which may have been related to the room environment. I hope the hotel can improve its cleaning standards, especially by vacuuming more thoroughly and addressing the musty odor. This would make the stay much more comfortable for future guests."

"静岡方面に用事があったので久々に一泊しました。 開業した頃に何度か利用しましたが、相変わらず客室は非常に清潔感があり、ガラス類に曇り汚れの類は一切なく、とてもさわやかに過ごせました。 何より、最上階の風呂が秀逸で、特に三島駅を通る電車を眺められる露天風呂は時の流れを忘れてしまうくらい楽しいです。 また三島の水道水は富士山の湧水なので、温泉ではないですが水風呂、お風呂にとても水の質が良いです。 ここのトピックはやはり朝食で、焼き魚は油のノリも良くとても満足できるものであります。個人的には、わさびが美味しいので是非ねこまんまを食べて頂ければと思います。"

"ガラス美術館・大和までの距離を考えると、立地がとても便利。 チェックアウト後も、ガラス美術館の見学の間　駐車場に車を置かさせて貰えたし。 女性は予約制だったけど、大浴場がとても良い。部屋のお風呂は使いませんでした。"

"A beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and run by some of the friendliest people i have ever met. The hotel is located about a 20 min walk from the train station and around 5 min walk to the beautiful castle and gardens. It is around 10 min walk to the samurai district and just a short walk to over 20 restaurants which are dotted around the hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean, they also have your very own in room washer dryer and they even provide the detergent. Anyone going to Kanazawa should...
