"The room at the Orakai was spacious, airy, and meticulously clean. The staff very graciously helped us out with various needs (spoon, glass, and ice fetching for our guests), dining recommendations, a cab-driver assist with directions for the driver, etc.). The level and quality of generous customer service and support received at the Orakai exceeds that of even high-end hotels in the US. An excellent and relaxing environment. "雖然房間小小間的，但是整潔度蠻乾淨的，我是12月19住到12月24號大冬天去的，暖氣很暖。 如果沒有開的話，房間會悶悶的，甚至需要吹到冷氣。 也沒有像其他評論一樣，說廁所有臭臭的味道，整體很不錯。櫃檯人員也都很有禮貌 雖然有些員工英文能力沒有很好，但都會認真去理解客人想要表達的內容。"

"La habitación estaba limpia el personal estupendo los desayunos, tú tienes la oportunidad de comer lo que tú deseas, el baño siempre estuvo limpio porque el baño es compartido;pero tiene ducha y un pequeño lavado por cada habitación.También tienen el servicio Coin laundry, el lugar está diseñado como para 1o 2 personas hasta 3 personas NO conveniente para familias con NIÑOS,pero todo estuvo espectacular, yo viaje SOLA y se lo recomiendo 100%"

"It’s one of best hostels I have stayed in. Close enough to Myeongdong but not in Myeongdong, spotlessly clean and free water offered daily. The only issue for some is that the beds are rock hard and pillows super soft/flat. If that’s ok with you then it’s a fantastic hostel "
