"The room was not clean! Hair in the bed!! Staff came to my room after I complained and yelled at us. Very unprofessional, did not feel comfortable to continue my stay. Extremely disappointed! Would not return or recommend to anyone."

"The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. "

"The stay was just okay overall, but there were some issues that shouldn’t have happened. When we got to the room, it didn’t seem like it had been cleaned properly—there was hair in the bathroom and even a ring left behind from a previous guest, which was concerning. On top of that, my son was really looking forward to using the pool, but it was closed by the manager because some kids weren’t following the rules. I understand enforcing policies, but it was disappointing that all guests were...
