"This property was pretty disappointing from start to finish. This trip was our honeymoon so it was important that it was extra special. It was a huge disappointment. The magic of photo editing was what drew us to the property originally. Also, the fact that it was a Hyatt property gave me some confidence. There was nothing good about it from the beginning the entrance, lobby, nothing was welcoming. They put us in a room that didn’t have air-conditioning working, and the coffee table was broken...

"Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by Linus, an older gentleman. His kindness and welcoming demeanor left a positive impression on me.
When I checked in, I was informed that my room would be ready at 3 p.m. as it was not yet prepared. My room finally became available sometime after 4 p.m.
During my stay, I noticed an unusual odor coming from the shower area. Despite this, the room itself was quite pleasant.
I was surprised when the staff contacted me at 7 a.m. to introduce themselves....
