"This non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smell. It was “run down.” The refrigerator did not cool very good even though it was set on the highest setting. The blow dryer worked about every 60 seconds, and then shut off due to over heating. It took almost 2 hours to fully blow dry my hair. The good thing was the AC was quiet and cooled well. Coffee macine worked well."

"We have stayed here many times before with no issues. My husband was traveling and we book him for one night for a stop on the way home during a 20+ hour drive. The reservation was in my name so they wouldn’t let him check in. They wouldn’t even honor a cancellation and we had to double pay. We are extremely disappointed in the whole situation after being repeat customers."

"The hotel is OK, but it is dated for $250/night. The elevator that the front desk sent us to post check-in was out of order, so we had to walk across the hotel with our bags to another elevator. The mattresses and bedding appear to be quite old. The hotel seemed clean on the surface, but since it hasn't been updated in a while, the carpets, beds, and pillows are likely embedded with stuff. The pool was closed, and no breakfast items were included with the stay. About the only upside was that the parking was free."
